Martha Ashbaugh, 81, of Streetsboro, died Sunday, October 29, 2017, after a short illness.

She was born December 6, 1935 in Tarentum, PA to the late Paul and Margaret Wegner. Martha was a RN who retired from Robinson Memorial Hospital and later Crown Center at Laurel Lake.

She is survived by her sons, Samuel Ashbaugh of Streetsboro and Jason (Lily) Ashbaugh of Cuyahoga Falls; daughters, Julie (Andy) deMeza of Kent and Ellen Ashbaugh of Cuyahoga Falls; dearest grandsons, Jackson and Zeke deMeza, Miles and Martin Ashbaugh; sisters, Nancy (Steve) Allison of Washington, PA and Jeanne (Steve) Grubb of Charleston, WV, and many beloved nieces and nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Ashbaugh in 2009, brother, Paul Wegner II, sisters, Norma Norris, Susie Klingensmith, and Billie Wegner.

Private services were held at Standing Rock Cemetery in Kent. Bissler & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory handled the arrangements.
