Kenneth Gordon Bellamy, 73, of St. Petersburg, FL, died Wednesday, January 17th, 2018, at Akron General Hospital in Akron.

He was born July 12th, 1944 in Gadsden, AL to James Bellamy and Martha (Tidwell) McCutcheon. He proudly served his country as a member of The United States Army 101st Airborne.

He is survived by his sons, Kenneth Gordon (Monica) Bellamy Jr. of Stow, and Todd (Jacque) Bellamy of St. Petersburg, FL; granddaughters, Stephanie Bellamy, and Makenna Bellamy; long time friend, Renee Thompson of Akron; sister, Ava (John) Raybould of Kent. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Bellamy Jr., and stepfather, Herbert McCutcheon.

Calling hours will be held 4-6 PM Sunday, January 21st at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home in Kent. Celebration of Life will be held 5-8 PM Saturday, January 20th at American Legion Post 496 1945 Mogadore Rd in Kent.
