Donald H. Stage, 69, of Ravenna, died Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Florida Hospital - Deland in Deland, FL.

He was born November 23, 1947 in Chardon to Harry L. and Ruth C. (Swensen) Stage. He was a U.S. Army veteran of Viet Nam. Donald retired from Franklin Township where he worked for 32 years.

He is survived by his son, Donald H. (Rebecca) Stage Jr. of Kent; grandchildren, Ashlee Bowe of Kent, Lee Dullen of Idaho, and James Dullen of Kent; great grandchildren, Carter, Camille, John, and Jaxson; sisters, Terri Stage-Garcia of Port St. Lucie, FL and Kathy Nichols of Cuyahoga Falls; and special friend, Carol Lovejoy of Ravenna. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Stage in 2014; and his parents.

Calling hours will be held 2-4 & 6-8 PM Sunday, March 26th at Bissler & Sons Funeral Home in Kent where funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Monday March 27th with Pastor Tina Nees officiating.
